Position: Legal Associate
Workplace: 4th Floor – Viet Tower, No. 1 Thai Ha Street, Dong Da District, Hanoi
Working hours: 8:30 – 17:30, Monday – Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal consultancy support to Vietnamese and international clients across various sectors.

• Participate in preparing legal documents, investment procedures, and project adjustment dossiers in Vietnam.

• Handle legal advisory projects, M&A, contracts, and coordinate with government authorities.

• Update legal regulations and assist clients in their investment and business activities.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law with 3–5 years of relevant experience.

• Strong communication, writing, and teamwork skills.

• Proficiency in English.

• Chinese proficiency is a plus (minimum HSK 3).

• Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
